บูธสตูดิโอ (BoothStudio) เป็นกิจการเจ้าของคนเดียว ให้บริการ Photo Booth, Claw Machine และ Video Guestbook สำหรับงานต่าง ๆ โดยมีฐานอยู่ที่ภูเก็ต
เมื่อคุณติดต่อหรือจ้างงานกับเรา เราบันทึกข้อมูลต่อไปนี้ในระบบหลังบ้านของเรา ตามที่จำเป็นสำหรับงานนั้น

เมื่องานถูกยกเลิก ระบบจะลบรายการนั้นออกจากปฏิทิน เราไม่ขายข้อมูลที่ส่งไปยัง Google Calendar และไม่ใช้ข้อมูลนี้เพื่อการโฆษณา
เราเก็บข้อมูลไว้เท่าที่จำเป็นสำหรับงานนั้นและสำหรับการบัญชีของกิจการ เอกสารที่ออกแล้วจะถูกเก็บเป็นหลักฐาน แม้ภายหลังจะถูกยกเลิก คลิปในแกลเลอรีจะอยู่จนกว่าเราจะลบออก

BoothStudio (บูธสตูดิโอ) is a sole proprietorship based in Phuket, Thailand, providing photo booth, claw machine and video guestbook services for events.
For each job we record the customer's name, phone number, address, tax ID, chat link and event details, along with the price and payment status. We use them to prepare quotations, billing notes and receipts, to run the job, and to keep our accounts. Each customer is kept once and linked to all of their jobs. Transfer slips you send us are stored privately on Cloudinary and can only be opened in our admin system. The public website has no data-entry forms, and we have not installed analytics or advertising tools. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Video guestbook clips are stored on Cloudinary and shown in an unlisted event gallery that anyone with the link or QR code can open. All event photos are uploaded to albums on Facebook, and the photo QR code opens that album. The website only opens the link and does not store the albums. Portfolio-page data is kept in the website's database and a few sample photos are kept on Cloudinary. The portfolio page shows a title we write, sample photos, the province, the month and year, the name and location of a venue only when we choose to show it, and a link to the event's Facebook album. It never shows customer names, customers' homes or prices.
We use Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Cloudinary (images and video), Facebook (event photo albums, under Meta's own policy) and Google (Calendar).
Our admin system writes job events to one dedicated calendar in the business's own Google account. It sends the services booked, the date and time, reminders, the venue name, a directions link to the venue, preparation details and a link to the login-protected admin page. It does not send customer names, phone numbers, addresses, tax IDs, chat links, notes, prices, payment details or transfer slips. It does not read events back and does not read any user's calendars. Customers and visitors do not connect a Google account to this website. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
We keep data for as long as needed for the job and for accounting. To ask for access to your data or for its deletion, email boothstudio.info@gmail.com. Data in issued documents may have to be kept for accounting.
